Meet Elsa
Founder & Design Lead
Elsa Wren is the founder and creative lead behind the studio, based in the Hertfordshire countryside just north of London. With a background of leading high-end residential projects across the UK and Europe, Elsa brings a considered and intuitive approach to interior design - shaped by experience working on everything from characterful period residences and listed stately homes to super prime London properties.
Elsa’s design process begins with the building itself - its architecture, character, and history - ensuring every decision is in harmony with the space’s original essence. Light, materiality, and functionality are key pillars of her practice. She favours natural materials, an appreciation for craftsmanship, and the thoughtful use of antiques, resulting in interiors that feel both timeless and deeply personal.
Functionality sits at the core of her philosophy, but never at the expense of warmth. Her spaces are designed to feel inviting and grounded - places that are not only beautiful, but also built to last.
